This project involves construction of regional headquarters for US-based Parsons Corporation in Zayed City area of Abu Dhabi. The two office buildings, each of eight floors, over a double-height podium and three levels of basement parking. The development will create a total gross floor area (GFA) of 42,000 sq.m., with office space of the highest standard. Situated in Abu Dhabi’s Zayed City Area, Parsons’ new Regional Headquarters will enable the organization to solidly set up its Middle East nearness as a major aspect of Plan 2030 Abu Dhabi.
